All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, or if you received something different than what you have ordered.
In circumstances where you consider a product defective, damaged, or received in error; please contact us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery of the order to the clinic to arrange the return and exchange. Please provide us with details of the products and defect/damage.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING IN SALEABLE CONDITION TO THE CLINIC. IF NOT IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE ITEM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN AND EXCHANGE. THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT (RECEIVED BY EMAIL) MUST BE PROVIDED.
All Veterinary Diet Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies (Royal Canin, Hill's Pet Nutrition, and Purina Veterinary Diets). These items can be returned within 15 days of the delivery date for the original purchase price, minus any applicable delivery fees, for the following reasons:
Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.
Quality - If there is a problem with the quality of the product.
Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal that has compromised the integrity of the food.
All food returns must be brought back to the clinic to be processed.
Please review the following instructions to make sure that your Veterinary Diet return is processed promptly:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. Please provide the reason for the return and the original sales receipt that you have received when the order was placed.
2. The orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped.
3. The Veterinary diet items must be in original packaging for return.
4. The food purchase price will be refunded to the CC used for the purchase.
